Improving Communication
It is not always easy to reach the people who can make most difference to our everyday problems and concerns and Communities First is always looking for ways of improving access to help and information for the community. We hope that the following will help:
If you would like to bring any issues or concerns to your local ward Councilors, then there is a new opportunity to do so at the weekly Fruit & Veg Scheme on Friday mornings. Councilor Anita Calvert will come along as often as possible to help at the mornings and between packing the bags will be able to have a quick chat with you and take details. After only a few weeks, this is already proving to be a useful session for Anita.
Stuart Evans our local South Wales Police officer is now holding surgery sessions at Cwmaman Post Office every Wednesday afternoon from 2pm. Thanks to Cwmaman Post Office for providing the service; you don’t need an appointment, you can just drop in if you have any concerns or queries.
Recycling Bags
