Partnership Board
Members of the Partnership stand as individuals and or represent the interest of organisations from the local community. The two ward councillors represent Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council; meetings also have local officer representation as and when required. Other public & private sector bodies can have representation on the board such as South Wales Police and Rhondda Cynon Taff Housing Association. Each Board member is subject to the rules and procedures contained in the Partnership Agreement.

Partnership Team
The Partnership staff and office are housed in the Cwmaman Community Resource Centre. Cwmaman Public Hall & Institute act as lead partner providing day-to-day management, personnel and fiscal control of the project, accountancy support is provided by Bishop Umblija Accountants.

Staff
Currently includes: Community Partnership Manager, Partnership Development Co-ordinator and Office Administrator. Early in 2005, new staff will include Youth Worker, two Assistant Youth Workers, Development Officer and Health Promotion Officer.
